Imagination and creativity open up doors to unlimited potential.
By tapping into a child’s natural ability to imagine an alternate reality, we can begin to build alternate potential. A child may not view themself as capable under “normal circumstances” but can see themself as capable in an imaginary world. This practice – even when it’s imaginary – turns into better skills because the child begins to believe in their potential. Then, we can transfer this belief to the real world and give them a safe training ground. In other words, we follow the approach:
- dream it
- believe it
- practice it
- adapt it
By boosting playful behavior and creative thinking, we create the environment for learning social and emotional leadership skills.
