We nurture confidence and competence through practice .Whether the child is mentored 1:1 or joining the leadership program, we take an approach that reinforces learning with repetition and adaptation. For example, in building curiosity, it starts with listening to a story, discovering a need, then solving for an ending – while imagining they are part of the story. Then we adapt this to the real world – beginning with questions, finding a need, then solving for an ending that involves the child making a difference. Through practice, the child gains confidence in their own ability to become a leader.
