The Rose and Lion Children’s Leadership Program is developed for children aged 7-13. We focus on two primary goals: (1) Development of essential social and emotional leadership skills and (2) Supporting a child complete a project or program, such as contributing to the community, leading a change or launching a YouTube channel, by providing tangible resources to support execution.
We use story, activities and real-life application to create a safe way for kids to learn how to lead.
*A leader is someone who uses their voice and influence to positively impact on people and outcomes.

The Rose and Lion Leaders Program is developed for children in 3rd to 5th grade. We focus on two primary goals:
- Development of essential social and emotional leadership skills, including: curiosity, compassion, self-empowerment, courage, perseverance, forgiveness and inclusiveness.
- Supporting a child complete a project or program, such as contributing to the community, leading a change or launching a YouTube channel, by providing tangible resources to support execution.
We use story as a way to access the innate wisdom of children and create a safe container in which the child can imagine themselves as a leader or change-maker. The child then practices developing these skills in fun ways, such as running a taste test or playing games. Then, the child bridges to “real life” where they take the skills learned and apply it to the project they are running.
