We’re inviting you to join the imaginary world of Redwood Creek, where there are mysteries to solve and fun ways to learn skills to help you become a leader.
You’ll meet the characters Rose, Lion, Makoto, Pinda, Alohi, Taj and Ramblie and hear stories about their fun, silly and exciting adventures. When you join me, you’ll join in the story, too, through games and experiments.
You’ll use what you learn in your real life, too, by running your own leadership project with some help from great coaches. Along the way, you’ll earn points and at the end you’ll receive a reward and special recognition for your leadership skills. Rose and Lion Leadership values characteristics like curiosity, compassion, perseverance, courage, inclusiveness, forgiveness and self-empowerment because these qualities help you NOW while you’re in school and also in the future because these are the qualities that change the world.
Rose and Lion Leadership builds your confidence, and helps you see your strengths so you can be who you are and still feel like you belong. You’ll use your voice and influence to create a positive difference.
You’ll learn to be a leader, by helping people feel good and inspiring them to join you.
As a leader you can use your words and take actions to help people and create things that help our world.
